Overview
LKQD Technology, a rapidly growing video advertising technology company is seeking a marketing coordinator to join our team at our Foothill Ranch headquarters. This role requires a highly proactive self-starter with strong communications, collateral development, and project management skills. The position reports to the VP Marketing and will work cross functionally with sales, operations, and management executives. The successful candidate will help our rapidly growing technology company produce and execute marketing materials and communications that increase market awareness and help the company stay top of mind among key customer segments.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the marketing team to execute complex integrated marketing and communications programs and drive on-time development and delivery of:
    • Product materials and releases
    • Press releases, e-communications, social media, advertising, and customer communications
  • Coordinate event participation and logistics
  • Cross functional marketing projects in coordination with multiple departments
  • Corporate presentation development including content production
  • Own and drive unique, ad-hoc marketing projects independently
  • Drop into various projects and events as needed

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or similar field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a marketing, digital media, online communications or similar role within an organization or agency
  • Must have excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to create content for a variety of audiences across formats and channels
  • Ability to understand complex topics quickly and proactively seek out solutions to challenges and opportunities
  • Excellent project management skills, including proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with focused attention to detail communicating progress to management and delivering final product on time
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint in Mac environment
